IOM Coordination Office for Central Asia – Presentation of programmes and activities in Central Asia

Mr. Dejan Keserovic, Coordinator for Central Asia, Chief of IOM Mission in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan presented the IOM Central Asia Strategy, current programmes and activities. The IOM Coordination office for Central Asia, in Astana, coordinate programs for the countries of Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
In the CA region IOM implements its programmes and activities in close cooperation with governments and a network of more than 100 civil society organizations(NGOs). IOM coordinates closely with other international organizations, international and national partners as well as donors in order to successfully address migration challenges and other migration related issues of common concern in the CA region.
